Within this edition, we learn about the recent Making Music Being Well event. Carmen Cheong-Clinch and Matthew Huckel share their work events with the readers and Meg Steele also provides some links to several interesting case studies. We also look ahead to the conference and PDS. The Brisbane conference looks very exciting, so take note of the dates (September 15 – 18th). Jan Nicholson one of the conference key notes and Karin Shaupp the PDS keynote provide some insight into the program with interviews with Kate and Vicky. Barbara Daveson also reflects on her journey after completing a PhD and qualifications within health management. We also reflect on the life of Tony Wigram, who recently passed away. Denise Grocke remembers his contribution to the field of Music Therapy. We also review a new book by Jodi Picoult called Sing You Home.
