Judith Rutherford appointed a Member of the Order of Australia

Willoughby councillor, Cr Rutherford has been appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in recognition of her work in music therapy, promoting Asian art and as a local government councillor. Cr Rutherford was instrumental in setting up Nordoff Robins Music Therapy Australia.
