Operation Kinder Community, based in Riverview Queensland, is in desperate need of more counsellors and increased funding, to meet the needs of the local community. Seventy-seven clients were supported by the service in April, and there is usually at least twenty families on their witing list. Families involved with OKC currently have access to Sing & Grow, a government-funded music therapy project promoting positive family relationships and enhancing child development.
